He has worn many hats from bar manager, to wine buyer, to general manager at multiple concepts, has an extensive background in operations and a healthy dose of wine knowledge (level III sommelier). He has a bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an MBA from the University of Illinois at Chicago.

He has worked on large insurance systems, built scouting applications for the Chicago Bears and also worked on enterprise-wide applications for a Fortune 100 company. Justin received his Bachelor’s of Science in Management of Information Systems from Iowa State University and an MBA from Bellevue University.

Clarence has 11 years of experience centered on product management of telecommunication systems. He has worked on projects in product design, product development, manufacturing, marketing and strategic partnership programs. Clarence received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Chicago.
Brian spent 20 years in the beer industry, owning distributorships in both Michigan and Florida. He also brings years of experience in mobile and proximity marketing, as well being an experienced entrepreneur and strategy consultant. Brian has a BA in Marketing from Western Michigan and an MBA from Florida Gulf Coast University.

Kyle brings 9 years of experience in the hospitality industry in roles from operations management to facility management, working closely with customers, staff and vendors. He also has 2 years of experience with a wealth management firm, overseeing daily operations of the firm's largest investment and vetting other potential investments. He has a bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin - Madison and an MBA from DePaul University.

Jess runs her own freelance design and business and works with various industries such as pet, tech, music, apparel, and of course food and beverage! She has worked on projects ranging from marketing pitch decks to branding projects and even skateboard illustrations. Jess received her Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies and a Segal Design Certificate from Northwestern University.
